Terms and Conditions for Producers:

1. Role of the Producer: By contributing to the film "Fossilist" and accepting a producer credit (Executive Producer, Co-Producer, or Associate Producer), you are recognized as playing a vital role in supporting the production of the film. However, this credit does not confer any ownership, shares, equity, or royalties in the film or its proceeds.

2. No Ownership: Your contribution and producer credit do not grant you any ownership rights in the film, its intellectual property, or any assets associated with the production company or the film itself.

3. No Shares or Equity: Being a producer on "Fossilist" does not entitle you to any shares or equity in the film, the production company, or any related entities.

4. No Royalties: As a producer, you will not receive any royalties from the film's revenue, profits, or any other form of income generated by the film's distribution, sales, or licensing.

5. Limited Rights: Your rights as a producer are limited to the specific benefits outlined in the crowdfunding campaign, such as invitations to events, promotional materials, and credit recognition. These benefits do not extend to any financial or decision-making rights regarding the film or its distribution.

6. Artistic Control: All creative and artistic control of the film, including its content, editing, distribution, and promotion, remains with the production company and its designated representatives.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By contributing to the film and accepting a producer credit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, which supersede any prior agreements or understandings related to your involvement in the film.
